LA RELAZIONE ANNUALE DELLA CORTE DEI CONTI EUROPEA PER L’ESERCIZIO FINANZIARIO 2023

  Attualità e Giurisprudenza

Abstract

By means of this opinion, the Court verifies, ascertains and certifies to the European Parliament and the Council of the EU, in accordance with Article 287 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), the reliability of the annual budget and consolidated accounts of the Union and the legal, administrative and financial legality and regularity of the underlying transactions, as well as the opinion of the Italian Court of Auditors on the equalization of the budget of the State and the Regions.
In addition to ensuring the reliability of the European Union’s accounts, the European Court of Auditors is also responsible for carrying out performance audits.
